Description
This feature license will activate the possibility to connect two FLARM antennas to your FLARM device; normally one on top of the aircraft and one on the bottom.
For PowerFLARM Core and Portable devices in North America, regulatory limitations apply: The first antenna will continue to both send and receive, while the second antenna will only receive, to extend the receive range of the installation.
For all other devices and in all regions, both antennas will transmit and receive.
If your aircraft is of metal or carbon fiber, this option is highly recommended to extend the range of FLARM. With this option, your aircraft will not shield the FLARM signal anymore.
